Hi there!
This week's Stuck On U Sketches diecut challenge was to use an ornament.
I collect snowmen and my house is FULL of them at this time of year. I didn't want a diecut snowman to overshadow my photos, so a Christmas ornament was a perfect choice.

Papers: Echo Park, Basic Grey, American Crafts Pow Glitter; Diecuts: Lori Whitlock, Always in My Heart font; Punches: McGill, Martha Stewart; Miscellaneous: Tattered Angels mist, metallic thread machine stitching, unknown metallic string, Fancy Pants alpha stickers
I got the inspiration for this layout from the December Sketchy Challenge from Canadian Scrapper Magazine. I just so happened to have a bunch of paper scraps on my desk leftover from creating my Christmas cards. When I saw the sketch, I knew that this would be the perfect solution to use them up, rather than toss them. This turned out to be a quick and easy page.
So, now it's your turn! I know it's difficult to find time to scrap at this time of year, but for me, it helps keep me sane. Even if it's only for 15 minutes, it's nice to do something just for me! So, why not join us and create a page with a diecut ornament and share it on the SOUS blog? We'd love to see it.
Thanks for looking!
Sylvie
