Hi there!
This week, the diecut challenge at Stuck On U Sketches is to use circles. I have to admit, I'm not big on circles. I use them once in a while as an accent, but I don't often make them the centre of my layout. But, I had these photos on my desk, right beside a bunch of scraps from the Basic Grey Capture line, so I just started cutting circles. And here's the final result.
Papers: Basic Grey, Fancy Pants Design, American Crafts; Diecuts: Spellbinders, George Cricut Cartridge, Vaudoo font; Stickers: Stamping Station, Basic Grey, American Crafts, Two Peas in a Bucket; Embellishments: Teresa Collins Brads, Tim Holtz paper clips, Tiny Attacher; Stamps: American Crafts; Washi Tape: 7 Gypsies, My Minds Eye
This will be my last project for Stuck On U Sketches. I have decided to take a break for a while and focus on my kids before they leave me, forever! ;) I want to thank Leah and Nanne for the wonderful opportunity. It's been a lot of fun. And you never know. Once the kids leave home, I may be begging them for my spot back!
Thanks for looking!

There's nothing earth shattering about this layout. This was a story I really wanted to get down and I love how many scraps I was able to use up! I found that using the Spellbinders was a lot faster and easier than using my Cricut. And some of the smaller circles are punches - even faster and easier!
So, now it's your turn! Why not create a project using circles and upload it to the blog over at SOUS. Your name will be entered to win a prize from our monthly sponsor, Scrapbook Circle. (Ironic, isn't it? HA!)

What a fantastic layout. I love the way you used all those circles. I also love to see the handwritten journaling. Makes it all work so well. I am glad to have been on the SOUS team with you and have enjoyed your inspirational work. I will look forward to continuing to follow your creative endeavors. Enjoy your children for they surely do grow up so fast :-)
